Decided to dump my 1080Ti while it's still worth something, but I don't want to be stuck with integrated graphics for ~6-8 months until 3080Ti is out.

I've been looking around and saw that GTX 970 4gb sells for about €90-100 used. It seems to be almost as fast as GTX 1060 (6gb version is about 10% faster), but 1060 is almost twice as expensive.
Are there any other options?

Why not jump on new egg and get an rx 570 for $120.... gigagabyte or xfx both at $120 (4gb version). Comes with warranty, beats the 1060 3gb (which is still almost $200 new, in most games, but not all, depends on your game, so double check), slightly slower (depending on resolution and game you play) than the 6gb version (which are still selling for way more than they're worth, > $200).

These are from the US, so not sure what the exact price/shipping is where you're at. The other option is to buy something used, you can typically find a 570 8gb and 580 8gb near the $100 mark. If that's about your range, those are probably your cards unless you find a good 1060 6gb for that prince range somewhere.

I considered AMD and would like to try it, but new 580 is about €30 more expensive than 1650S (which can be found for €190-220) and it's slower. And 1650S draws less power.
Also, it can't be found for $100, it sells used for €150-180 here in Sweden. I'm not from the US so it's not an option.
GTX 970 can be found between €80-100 rather easily, and that seems like the best option.
I also considered 1050/1050Ti, but I haven't checked the prices. I just need something to occasionally play ARPGs or whatever.

The reason why I'm getting 3080Ti is that I game at 4k/120hz and honestly, AMD will have nothing to counter it.

Just keep your 1080 Ti until at least the point we know what the 30 series will offer and when it will be a real product you can put your hands on.

He already sold it so not sure how helpful that advice is.

As for a used GPU, yes the GTX 970 is about middle of the road between a GTX 1060 3GB and GTX 1060 6GB. If all you're looking for is something to get you through at 1080p gaming with medium'ish settings that should do nicely for the interim.

Where does it say he already sold it? The original post just says he decided to.

If I were committed to this at this point, I think I'd be looking at a used RX580, which is both relatively good and cheap. As CraptacularOne said, though, you're going to be playing at 1080P and kinda medium-ish settings, not 4K ultra.
