Looking for pic software to sort out dupes

I have about 40k pics, mostly organized fairly well, however over time I have ended up with some duplicate directoies and wrongly labelled directories. I have all the pics backed up on offsite dvds and an external hd. now that my collection keeps growing, making the backup with the dupes in there is becoming a pain in the ass. I would like an app that scans though all of the pic folders on my storage drive, and copies one of each pic out to a new folder. any ideas?

VisiPics. Really ain't nothing better out there for detecting dupes... not sure about all the specific functionality in terms of you wanting to copy/move stuff all over the place into nice neat structures but, it's definitely the best dupe image finder there is.
