Well, I have to report that the MSI 865GM2-LS is not much of an overclockers board. It has a maximum FSB setting of 233MHz. It does have Voltage adjustments for CPU and AGP but not DIMM. It's doesn't appear to have any obvious FSB/DDR ratio setting, all it does have is an option DDR speed setting which gives you 4 options: DDR266, DDR320, DDR400, and Auto. I'm guessing that DDR266 setting would foce the ratio to 3/2 and so on down the line. But I was unable to boot at anything above Stock (200MHz) FSB, so I wasn't able to test that forsure.

If you're looking for limited OC'ing (or none at all) this is a good board. It works, and it's stable. I'm happy with it, it would have been nice to get some OC out of it (I still may I sorta ran out of time to monkey with it).
