Ez [H] crew! Was just wondering if maybe anyone had some extra screws for mounting hard-drives in a Lian-Li v1000 hard-drive bay. They look like this right here...

I can't seem to find them reasonably priced online, $10+ for just 4 of them. Anyone got the link out there? Thanks a lot. :)

I have some of the other style that go through the O ring grommet if you're interested in those.

These folks have them for about $2.40 package of 8. Don't know anything about the company but if you can't get the screws from Lian Li you might try these folks. Believe they are in Riverside, CA.

Think somebody a few months back used them for some screws for another Lian Li model. If you click on the pic in the link they look identical to the screws you are hunting.

Great, thanks for the help! Respect my friend! :)

I'm in a similar situation, except for my Thermaltake case.
The LianLi screws from silverpcs look similar to the ones that Thermaltake uses - except that theirs are silver, and the image is a bit small for me to notice the fine details. When I look closely, I don't think they will have an exact shape compared to the screws that I use.

I put up a post in the freebies section with detailed macro style pictures in this thread:

I hope someone out there has experience with both the Lian Li and Thermaltake cases in terms of the drive rail mounting system. I guess I could order from silverpc's, but I'd like to do a bit more searching to see if I can get a guaranteed fit.

Someone else already alluded to this, but have you tried contacting Lian-Li directly?

I have gone to their support line before and left a support ticket asking after discontinued parts for one of my cases. In my case I stated that the missing pieces were my fault, and I left it up to them to charge me or not. They ended up giving me the option of PayPal links to send me replacement parts. Prices were more than reasonable, and everything was shipped directly from their factory overseas.

Just for pricing reference, one of the pieces I requested was a motherboard tray, which I purchased from them for $10 shipped, which in this case was likely at cost to them, or nearly so. So for anyone looking for hard to find Lian-Li parts, I would definitely be up front with them and see where you get.
