Looking for an upgraded CPU for my motherboard

I have an ASUS Sabertooth Z77 motherboard with an LGA 1155 socket currently using an I5-3570K Intel processor. Would I see any performance increase going to an I7-3770S? If so, about how much? I realize it is an older setup, but going strong and waiting on a GTX-970 to beef up my video for Far Cry 4...

No its 0.1 GHz faster turbo boost and a lower default clock speed. Oh it also has 2MB more cache.

The only real benefit might be a lower power bill.

Ok, point taken... is there any decent CPU upgrade that might give decent benefit for this motherboard?

just an overclocked 3770K.. and only in a couple of games, (Far Cry 4 its one of them btw). but if you have already overclocked your chip at least at 4.3ghz or more, then little will be the benefit and you will be perfect pairing it with a 970.. so no worries..
