Looking for a Gadgets program that I can run vertical or something to pin down my Google Chrome Browser Window so it doesn't move,
I tired Metro Sidebar but it's pretty ugly at least it stays on top. Start All Back is buggy as hell not going to use that again for a while.

https://www.rainmeter.net/ has a billion customization options and can look however intense or basic as you could possibly want.

I like colorful stuff so I use https://github.com/SilverAzide/Gadgets/#readme because its extremely easy to read at a glance for all the information I need.

There's a thousand other options though.

Just keep in mind that some of the more intense ones, such as the ones that turn your entire desktop into an ambient music visualizer, are pretty processor intensive and are a bit more prone to crashing.

Do you know how I can adjust the size of the CPU Meter I used it in the past but click on the wrech and I can't adjust the size of it. Stuck at 1.00 which is 110%

There's a scaling option for almost all skins.
If you want smaller, try .9?

Putting a different number in mine definitely works.

Back in the day you could have multiple bars, on different sides and on each side of the screen, sized to fit up to half the screen...

I got it working you have to press the Enter Key to get it to change the size.

Have you played with PowerToys? It's got a cool window manager in it called FancyZones.

Would love to see something that would work with Radeon Software monitoring.
