Looking for a new router

I am looking for a good router that supports AC. Browsing different models all around different websites led me to conclude that there isnt a solid consensus on which model is best when it comes to signal.
I am not looking for any serious features. Mainly need to connect 6 wireless PCs, along with 6 mobile devices.

Netgear Nighthawk seems to be solid, along with Asus 66 and 68 units. But again reviews are very mixed.
What is everyone's thoughts on Apples AirPort Extreme?

Airport extreme is very limited with configuration and it requires software on your PC and it doesn't have a web UI.

I have an Amped RTA15 802.11ac router and it's pretty good. Awesome range!!!
