Looking for 8 inch Windows tablet with phone app

I need a convergence device which can run full Windows programs, and also support phone service, with the display around 8 inches. Does anyone know of such a device?

I wish you'd remember the name of those 8 inch Dells. Dell made a great 5 inch phablet that wouldn't run on my T-Mobile. I like their mobile hardware, and that extra inch of screen real estate would really help. My Windows application has a very graphic interface. I wouldn't mind buying them used.

venue 8 pro they make a newer faster version with w10pro. has a 2.2 quad with 4gb ram and 32/64gb storage.

Wow, I remember the Dell Venue 8 Pro. I had one circa 2014? Was a good tablet (played Hearthstone beta on it before it was officially tablet ready), but it had an unfortunate fall.

Looks like tablet chips stopped progressing past cherry-trail, so I guess tablets just fizzled out.
