Logitech Wireless XBOX Controllers?

Anyone know the difference between these 2 wireless logitech gamepads?

Logitech® Cordless Precision™ Controller for Xbox® (listed as $49.99 @logitech.com)

I cant seem to tell what the difference is - Id like to get one or maybe 2 for my setup since the cord length is sort of an issue in our living room.

Im not sure which one we have here at the apartment, but its a wireless logitech xbox controller and it owns... great great controller deffinately recommend it..

I did some extensive looking around and I guess the precision is the updated version - only runs on 2 AA's, has repositioned buttons, has an on/off switch for the vibration feature, and is slightly smaller.

Thanks for the recc, I think ill be picking up a couple of these!
