Apologies if posted elsewhere already, but has anyone tried to enable Freesync/adaptive sync on their Freesync monitor with an nVidia card yet? I know the below list has been certified to work by nVidia, but I've also seen reports of other Freesync models working perfectly fine without blurriness, flashing etc.

Has anyone compiled an "uncertified but working" list of Freesync monitors yet?

NVIDIA has certified 12 G-Sync Compatible monitors:

  • Acer XFA240
  • Acer XG270HU
  • Acer XV273K
  • Acer XZ321Q
  • Agon AG241QG4
  • AOC G2590FX
  • Asus MG278Q
  • Asus VG258Q
  • Asus VG278Q
  • Asus XG248
  • Asus XG258
  • BenQ XL2740

I'll see if I can test a few AOC monitors in my shop on the weekend.

That's great. I'm looking to replace my Acer Predator xb281HK g-sync with a similar (or better) display that can do either gesync or freesync.

Can you test a Viewsonic VX3211-2k-MHD 32" monitor? I would love to you my 1070 on it.

Acer XR382CQK .002 version

Confirmed working. Monitor refresh rate OSD confirms.
