Life cereal is on sale for 99 cents for a small box at my Foodmaxx in Fremont, Ca. Ends up being $0.08 / oz. Seems like a good deal.

I'd say that's a deal. I never see Quaker products that cheap around here, but Hy-Vee has General Mills and Kellogs for .99c/box once a year.

Every now and then I see them for a dollar at the recycle mart (aka Grocery Outlet) however more often than not it's flavors no one wants like pumpkin spice (hence the name for the recycle mart, it's a place to go for great deals of crap that couldn't sell in actual grocery stores)
