Does anyone know if these sets support 2560x1440? Can't find a definitive answer in LG support docs or on Google.
1440 is supported. I've tried it since Doom framerate is too low at 4K with a 1070.

Do these run 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 chroma when game mode is turned on, or will it still run at 4:4:4?
Looks like the prices are dropping everywhere. Is there a new model coming out or did LG fix their yield issues (or both)?Microcenter is having some amazing sales on these 2016 OLEDs, about $2000 off with coupon. I believe the coupons are good until 9/1/16. I just picked up a 65B6P for $2699 after coupon code and open box discount. The TV is absolutely stunning!! Best TV my eyeballs have ever witnessed!!
I can confirm gaming does feel snappier after the .27 update on my B6. No official testing hardware though. It's an absolutely stunning TV.LG did a $1000 off sale recently, which it looks like a lot of retailers are now repeating. I actually bit during the last one on an E6.
No new models coming out anytime soon. My guess is the price drop is a response to the Sony ZD9 coming out (high priced FALD LCD set, basically the main LCD competition for these OLED's).
One possibly important new development: people at AVS are saying there was a new firmware update to the B6 series that lowered the input lag. The B6 is the lowest price flat model of this years OLED's. No one has verified this with Leo Bodnar tests but if this is true it would make the B6 probably the best of this year's OLED range, if you are using it primarily for video games and PC use, and if you don't want the curve.
How does HDR effect PC gaming? And how can we tell if a game is HDR compatible?

Good to know, thank you. That's exactly the scenario I envision using 1440 rather than the native res.
Rise of the Tomb Raider is HDR compatible. Implementing HDR in ‘Rise of the Tomb Raider’As far as I know there are no HDR compatible games out on PC yet... only Xbox One S has them.
Rise of the Tomb Raider is supposed to be getting an update, the upcoming Gears 4 and Forza 3 for PC should be HDR compatible as well.

Also just noticed my B6P was in 4:2:0. Finally got it 4:4:4 @ 60hz, now there is a flicker in the video feed every so often along with some pixel artifact. Also there is no more HDR mode when PC is rendering 444 @ 60hz, at least none I have found yet.
How does gaming at 1440p look? I too have a 1070 and I can't see it pushing 4k, at 1440 however its a dream.1440 is supported. I've tried it since Doom framerate is too low at 4K with a 1070.
Hey bud, I was going to answer you on AVS, but got busy. I too was having a little issue with full 4K 4:4:4 @ 60hz via PC on the TV. I have a high speed HDMI also, but at 4:4:4 8-bit I was having some intermittent artifact in the video signal and intermittent flickering(even at desktop). Never lost full video, but it did look like 4:4:4 was pushing my cables bandwidth limits. No issues with 4:2:0 12-bit for me. Have you tried that mode? If it resolves your issue it could possibly be a cable bandwidth issue also. Or even a different HDMI cable.Anyone having issues with the signal being lost when making changes to the resolution or display settings? I need to turn the TV off then on again to get the signal back. And sometimes there is nothing I can do other than restarting the computer. (When I exit out of Fallout 4 which is running at 1080 to the desktop which is 4K, I drop the signal and I have to turn off the PC and restart.)
I'm using an 18gbps Monoprice cable, deep color, wide color gamut, 4k at 4:4:4. Anyone else with this issue?
Well darn. By the article I linked I implied it was already released. So do any PC games have "true" HDR support? The update to enable HDR in Rise of the Tomb Raider still hasn't been released.
No worries. I did some more digging and over at overclock.net there was someone who disabled digital audio over HDMI and that worked for them. I tried it last night briefly and was able to successfully exit Fallout 4 without permanent signal loss, I'll try some other stuff today to see if that's really a fix.Hey bud, I was going to answer you on AVS, but got busy. Thinking about picking up a C6 for gaming... Will probably wall mount it -- whats a good distance to sit from the display? 5 feet?
I just bought a 65" OLED B6P.. best buy had it on sale for $3999.98..
It's on sale at Micro Center for $1000 less. Hope you have one of those near you.
their regular price is listed as $5999.99 whereas best buy's is $4999.99

Think these will go any lower in price for Labour Day?
At 200 hours now, the banding and vignetting is far more pronounced than when the set was new. This is only evident on a 3% slide. Haven't noticed anything bad with actual content.
The update to enable HDR in Rise of the Tomb Raider still hasn't been released.
The Anniversary Update added HDR support with WDDM 2.1.AFAIK Windows 10 doesn't even support HDR yet? ( I could be way off base)

I think both Netflix and Amazon have HDR content, but I don't know if they extended support to their PC apps yet. I've heard it's pretty terrible at the moment, though.Good to hear!
Are there any sources to test HDR yet on a PC? Youtube, Games, Downloads, etc?

I checked the package contents across several stores and all of them say no A/V cables are included. You'd figure when dropping $2k+ on a TV they would at least be kind enough to include a cable.Peeps who bought this display, does it come with a HDMI 2.0 cable?
