Lenovo ThinkCentre m92p SATA ports

I recently swapped a Lenovo ThinkCentre m92p motherboard into a CoolerMaster case to use as my WHS 2011 server. I added a Dell H200 6Gb/s Raid Controller card for the 4 server HD's. And I also used 2 of the SATA ports (SATA 1 and SATA 2) on the motherboard for the SSD OS drive and for the DVD drive. I'm going to add another HD to the server and will now need to use another SATA port on the motherboard.

So I would think that I'd use the SATA 3 port. But I'm wondering why that port is orange and the SATA 1 & 2 ports are red?? And if I'd need to use the 4th port on the motherboard at some point, is there anything different about the 4th port that is a black eSATA port?? Thanks in advance for any info.

So after a bit more searching around online, I found this.

It appears that the Red SATA ports are SATA 3.0, the Orange SATA port is a SATA 2.0 and the Black (which is labeled as such) is an eSATA port.

So does it make sense that it'd be best to keep my OS drive and the new HD drive that I'm going to add to the server on the Red SATA 3.0 ports, and then move the DVD drive to the Orange SATA 2.0 port??
