Lenovo prematurely listed the specifications for their upcoming ThinkCentre M725 small form factor desktops that feature the unreleased AMD Ryzen 3 2300X and AMD Ryzen 5 2500X. Here is a photo from Hexus.net as the original product page has been "corrected" to exclude the unreleased processors.

It is expected that Ryzen 2000-series replacements for the Ryzen 3 1300X and Ryzen 5 1500X processors will come out shortly after AMD launches Threadripper 2 on 13th August. It isn't surprising that systems builders like Acer and Lenovo already have systems suitable for these CPU options and they have leaked a bit early. As second gen Zen parts the AMD Ryzen 3 2300X and Ryzen 5 2500X processors will feature the improved 12nm design familiar to the series and offer other benefits such as XFR2, Precision Boost 2, and StoreMI.

Depending upon pricing the 2500X looks to be a really nice bang for buck budget cpu. The 1600 still being around and getting so cheap may steal some of its thunder though.

if the price is right IMO for say ~$120 CAD for 2300x and ~$185 CAD for 2500x) they are likely to be good chips
provided there is enough performance delta between them that the 2400g did not really show this compared to 2200g (considering the pretty large price increase)

Here is hoping that TDP is "loose" enough to allow them to hit 4-4.3Ghgz all core with CnQ enabled (I doubt it) but would be nice.

maybe they will have given some extra secret sauce to them considering what that new APU for china only market seemed to have leverage, cannot have them having all the "better" dies (such as more substantial igp)

Hoping to see them on the shelf asap that are as drop in ready to go as possible with the least amount of headaches possible ^.^
