I just picked this beauty up from my buddy and all I can say is WOW..one of the most beautiful monitor I've seen and used in many many years! Questions are welcome! Hope the pictures below will give you guys an idea of this panel's performance. You may see some vertical/slanted lines on the photos, those lines are not visible on the actual monitor.

UPDATE:

I took some pictures of the monitor during Company of Heroes and COD4 to give everyone a rough idea of how this monitor performs in 3D games. All pictures are taken under the same lighting condition (dark room) with my sony DSC-V1 camera with 6 second shutter speed. The images are untouched and only 80% jped compression is applied.

As you can see, there are no backlight bleed:

No visible backlight bleed:

HD Movie:
I took a scene from The Great Raid (720P blu Ray rip). I deliberatly chose a dark scene to highlight the quality of the panel:

How is ghosting on that thing? Every other "6 ms" rated panel I've seen shows some, noticeable but usually not horrible.

I played through several levels of COD4, especially the night attack and did not notice ghosting that bothers me.

How noticeable is the anyi-glare coating on this monitor?

Thanks

Not much as this monitor has a matte coating. However i think due to the screen used, there is a slight grainy effect. But the sharpness due to high PPI is worth it.
