Lenovo B590 Backlight Bleed - RMA?

Hello Everyone,

I bought a Lenovo B590 (15.6") on the 24th and when I turned it on I immediately noticed backlight bleed from the bottom right corner.

So, I waited until I could have the room completely dark and the linked images are the result.

The first image was taken with an iPhone 3GS. The following 2 images were taken with a Fuji FinePix F31fd.

Besides the bottom where the backlight bleed is the strongest, I can also see bleeding in the Top Right and Top Left corners.

Should this be RMAed?

Hi Stefan,

Given that viewing angles on a TN screen are not that good it IS pretty constant I think. The thing is, though, that I will be wanting to look at it from straight on.

If you bought at a store can you compare yours to a store demo B590?

Otherwise Notebookreview has a Lenovo subforum maybe they can advise you.
