Looks neat but it is an older game.

I'm wary of Turtle rock. Evolve was awesome in beta and initially then they completely ruined it.
 
Didn't try the new content yet, but just set up all my settings, will probably play sometime over the weekend. Pretty cool that they turned fan made content into a free update on a 11 year old game.
 
A few years ago they upped the difficulties using some kind of machine learning to cater to the hardcore hangers-on, based on how players used the specials in PvP.

Is there a [H] Steam group?

I still want to get the "Still Something to Prove" achievement. That stupid name got under my skin.
 
I'm bumping this because I was playing this afternoon and it's genuinely fun. Some of the dialog has been refreshed, there are new weapons, and I think they tweaked the AI a bit, too.

If you've been missing L4D2, well, right now its got lots of people playing, old players and a good bit of new ones, too.
