LA Noirse Rockstar Pass Question

Saw that LA Noire was on sale for 39.99 at BB, so I was thinking of picking it up along with DX:HR tomorrow. What does the rockstar pass get you exactly? Was it limited to copies activated before a certain date? I was told it enables you to get all the DLC's for free, but that doesn't sound right at all.

Or should I just wait for the PC version? Thanks guys!

It included all of the previous DLC from pre orders (pretty sure all of them) and three new cases, Reefer Madness being the last one released.

It was a good deal for 10 bucks back in June. Have fun with the game.
