Not a bad deal for a brand new game. The $20 is apparently also usable on more than just video games and accessories now too (they used to always limit it). Deal is good for both PS3 and 360.

I've found that Amazon does deals like this pretty often for big game releases. By taking advantage of it, I haven't paid more than $39.99 for any game I've purchased in over a year now (even brand new AAA stuff).

edit: Forgot to mention that the game is eligible for free shipping as well.

They do seem to do this quite often. I got Portal for $35 basically like this (55-20, $20 bucks credit on amazon is as good as cash to me). Usually stores like gamestop or bestbuy will follow suit after a month or so and actually lower the price or even offer there own giftcards.
