Very strange Kojima doing a Castlevania game. Lot of big voice talent, if Kojima's doing it I'm sure it will have a descent story. And man is it me or does the hero look like Big Boss without the patch. :)

looks pretty cool. I just don't know that a 3d castlevania could bring in what makes the 2d ones so good. Hopefully kojima can help make it something special.

Looks awesome. But also looks too much like God of War.
And thank god Kojima is overlooking the project, because developer MercurySteam's only other projects have been American McGee presents: Scrapland and Clive Barker’s Jericho... not exactly the best track record around. Maybe this will be their redeeming game.
We'll see....

I just hope it manages to be better then the other 3d Castlevania's. As long as its fun, I'm ok with it. Let's hope Kojima doesn't go MGS on us and give use movie length cutscenes.

Yuck @ from the developers of Jericho.

Horrifyingly bad game... I truly hope Kojima Productions can help these guys in creating a good game.

So far the 3D Castlevania's havent been that great, I look forward to this one but with low expectations.

Question: Will this game still have the nonlinear gameplay that the 2d Castlevanias had?

well that's pretty much what everyone said about God of War

"This is what castlevania should do to be 3D" ;)

I did like Lament of Innocence though. I thought it was pretty fun. Not a classic, but still fun.

i hope its like god of war, then i'll finally get to see what all the fuss is about ;)

Hopefully. It would be awesome if they took some of that style of level design or whatever you want to call it from Demon's Souls. That game does nonlinear levels in a pretty good way for a 3d action game. Just make this like demon's souls, but easier obviously, and in 1 gigantic castle, free roaming, and it would be awesome.
