I have a few staff members here who like to print out everything to document errors and how to's. This waste paper, space and hard to search and share knowledge.
I was thinking of some sort of knowledge base or knowledge sharing system. Spent a few hours searching sourceforge and cant seem to find anything good.
My main concern is the ease of adding screen shots to descriptions.(picky users )
The best idea ive read so far is installing a intranet wiki. The image upload appears to be friendly.
Any ideas or directions would be helpfull
I plan on dropping whatever system on a spare PC (intranet)
