Well Time Warner Cable in NYC is rolling out a new service called Wideband.

TWC's Cable Wideband Internet service for residential customers is $99.95 per month for 50 Mbps down and 5 up.

Installing next week. Anxious to see how it rolls.

I can get that here... only it's 2mbps up instead of 5, for the same price. Too bad I can't justify $100/mo

best I can get is 12/1 for $60/mo plus it requires a $128/mo cable tv plan. So $188/mo total.
stupid monopoly.

my qwest just told me i can get 40MB down and 5 up DSL for 110 a month. I dont really need that though so i went with 12down/ 5 up for $62
