Itunes alternative for the iphone?

iTunes is driving me nuts and I want an alternative. Is there anything out there similar to anapod for the iphone?

If you're NOT using an iPhone 3G or iPhone 2.0 software, you can use MediaMonkey - It had support for iPhones and iTouch.

Also, I hear that the new Amarok will have iPhone support, but you may have to install the BSD subsystem and SSH on your (jailbroken) iPhone 3G

What's wrong with iTunes?

I'm using 3 computers for my phone and when I use anything but my laptop it erases all of the apps on the phone stating that I don't have permission to use them or something to that effect. I'd also like to be able to drag and drop and manage everything manually.

That's why I'm here. I'm a Windows user used to plugging the device in, dragging and dropping, and going. Jumping through hoops is a new one for me
