Issues with sending emails to Outlook account

Is [H]ardForums having issues with sending emails to a specific email provider?

I noticed that all of a sudden I was not getting any more subscription emails to the email address I had associated for more than 10 years with my [H] account. It is an Outlook.com address (actually it was first Hotmail.com, which turned into Outlook.com). I tried multiple aliases to it, nothing can get it to budge. I checked all my junk filters, rules, everything I could to try to get it to work again, it just doesn't work anymore.

So I tried a Gmail address, and even an Office 365 address, and those work fine. I can confirm on my end that I made no changes at all before it stopped working. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
 
Update: confirmed.

I set up a brand new, bunk, Outlook.com address and set it in my [H] profile. I never got any verification email at that email address. I changed it back to my Gmail address, and voila, came right through.
 
Yes they are, I had the same issue with my hotmail account. I eventually just had to switch it to my Comcast email.
 
Outlook/hotmail started blocking all our mails a few weeks ago.
