Now, this is not a "noob memory thread". I actually know what i'm talking about. This PC4000 PQI (here)...is it TCCD? I know PQI Turbo 2-2-2-5 PC3200 is, but I'm wondering if it is TCCD or not.

If its not TCCD, I'm wondering if spending the extra $30 over this would really be worth it? for that, or for maybe GSkill? I know for a fact the GSkill is great, but is it really worth the extra $40 over, say, another brand?

Thanks!

Alex

i see you have a 600MHz cpu overclock...what is ur FSB and timings/voltage? the most my mobo can give it is 2.9V

FWIW: I was gonna go with the PDP, but got the Gskill revision 'C' for $25 difference (instead of 40) from the instant rebate thru the Egg.

In a just a couple hours I was at 2.5-4-4-8 and 250fsb 1:1, 2.7v on the mem with my Intel setup.

I think 255-260 may be possible with within my cpu/chipset limitations.

edited: both the PDP and the G.Skill are TCCD, the PQI you mention should be TCCD as well, all their 2-2-2-5 PC3200 is reported to be
