Is this card salvageable

I have a 6800 gt that has been submerged in tap water. After thoroughly drying it it exhibited screen corruption. I have tried submerging it in isopropyl alcohol and then drying it again, but it still exhibits corruption. I would like some suggestions to salvage this card(if possible)


Edit: forgot to mention, I reapplied the thermal paste and heatsink.

Second off, what is your definition of thoroughly drying it? The only way it can be thoroughly dry is if you let it stand for at least 24 hours. Otherwise water will remain in those unseen places where things go zap!

blow dryer, and letting it sit for atleast 24 hours.

Oh, and when it was submerged, it wasn't plugged in incase you're wondering

Well I would say that the card is done, but I am also intrigued as how it got submerged in the water?
