Is this a good i7 setup?

Hi,

I've ordered the following parts, and I was wondering if you guys think it’s going to be a good stable setup, with some reasonable over clocking potential. I still have time to modify my order.

Up to this point, I’ve used ASUS boards exclusively, but from the different reviews I've looked at, the Gigabyte looked like a viable alternative.

- Gigabyte EX58-UD4P
- Intel Core i7 920 Quad Core Processor
- G.SKILL F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ 6GB DDR3 3X2GB DDR3-1600

Yeah, that's definitely one of the better "cheap" boards out there. I'd be looking at it myself if I were going i7 anytime soon.
