is this a gmail hijack? Getting odd emails

Got a weird email 5 days ago, now I get one everyday. Is this a hijack, or just spam, or what is going on?? Easiest if I just post ss of the 'thread'. (The blacked out email is my address)

Lol, you either intentionally or unintentionally sent a unsubscribe and, gmail is telling you it could not connect to the listed address and that it will try for two more days before giving up. What part of the message couldn't you figure out?

Yeah, you unsubscribed from a mailing list on highspeedbackbone.net. The crazy address is just a key used to identify your particular subscription.
