Is there such a thing as an add in RGB (Asus Aura?) card?

Long story short, my current system (specs in sig, X79 based system) doesn't have an RGB header on the motherboard as it came out before the RGB train took off at full steam. That being said, I've rebuilt (changed case, fans, etc) my system in such a way that I'm focusing on aesthetics this time around. That being said, since I have no RGB header on my motherboard, it makes it difficult to sync everything up.

So my question is: is there such a thing as an aftermarket add in card that add's one or more RGB headers? Otherwise I'm stuck purchasing expensive Corsair or other namebrand fans that come with their own controller.

Edit: PS I'm looking for a 5v controller card, not a 12v.
