is there space for a ninja in a qpack?

lets assume the cpu socket is oriented perfectly. would there be enough space to fit a scythe ninja into a qpack with cutting the support rails as needed? i think there should be enough height, but what about width/length? the ninja is 110mm x 110mm x 150mm (lxwxh). can someone w/ a qpack bust out a ruler or something and measure please

The problem is the "CPU socket in the right position".

No mobo does. Not even CLOSE.
