Is there a way to Make Win10 look more like WinXP?

Keep using XP. I know for a fact many many ATM machines still run XP. Granted they are in the process of upgrading but its not like they get hacked all day everyday.

Diebold and other ATM manufacturers are some of Microsoft's biggest customers for XP Extended Support. Those ATMs are still online, but they also run patches that you cannot get without paying Microsoft thousands of dollars a year.

XP is now an operating system for the rich. OP clearly needs to check his privelege.

More like XP is an operating system that's bleeding money out of the lazy/dumb who didn't plan ahead and migrate to something better.

I will never understand the reasoning behind running ATM's and even automated checkouts under an OS with a GUI such as Windows XP or even Windows Embedded. Why the hell do you need an OS with a GUI? What a considerable waste of resources?!

No wonder the bloody things are so damn slow, and in the case of automated checkouts, unreliable!
