Is there a way to change the date created/modified on files?

Hey there...I was wondering if I can change the date that a file has been created/modified...is there a way or an app that'll do that??? THANX

Just open it, then modify it. BAM! date changed.

Hmm... would copy & delete original work? As for using some other date/time, you can always just change the system clock...
