is there a way to change default location of desktop icon placement? [Win 7]

As in - when using "save to desktop" or "send to desktop" functions,
is there a way to change where the icons start being placed?

By default obviously, it starts at the top left...
I'd like it to start on the bottom-right.

Trivial, I know. But just wondering...
