I think the title pretty much says it all... I'm just looking for a quality board with some decent features... I don't care if it has onboard sound (i would rather it didn't) and i'd like some good overclocking abilities

the ASRock 775Dual-VSTA is a nice board for migrating to Conroe/DDR2/PCIe.

there is no voltage adjustments on this board though, so not a very good choice for OCing.

2 DDR2 slots and 2 DDR1 is nice, so you can use RAM you have and buy DDR2 later, but the trade off is only 2 slots.

there are some other AGP boards, many of them mATX, and based on i865 chipsets and others using Via like the 775Dual-VSTA. but because they are designed to be a platform to help you migrate to the newer CPU's, Video cards-PCIe and/or DDR2 later, they usualy lack OCing features and such.
