Im curious as to know if my m.2 drive is actually using Pcie 3.0 x4 speeds. Is there a program to show/prove this to me? Thank you

Use Crystal Disk Info not Crystal Disk Mark
Then use Disk Mark to bench the drive you are concerned about and compare the results with online reviews of it to see if your performance is comparable.
Please note, A Drive in use with OS on it and 1/2 full and or near full will perform slower than reviewed drives which are typically fresh and little to no data stored on them.

In the image below note there are two different M.2 drives on two different motherboards. One is a Z270 Intel board which is not capable of PCIe 4.0 and the other is an x570 mobo that is. The transfer mode indicates capabilities | running at

I hope this helps
