An alien with a nose like a duck and the hands and feet of a snake. He came from Mars about 2 years ago. He got his name from his friends who always called him the chilly one (he's always laid back). So it's chilly1. I've seen him around on his scooter. He's got a v6 on it. But he's a cool alien.
