Seems like a HUGE discount for Prime day. I was thinking about getting a 49" ultrawide for work purposes (programming) but the quality control on these things has me leery.

If its not a refurb, yes, without a doubt.
I'm typing this on one and love it, an awesome PC display for desktop use and gaming.
it even comes pre-calibrated.

If its a refurb, dont go near it, check Amazon reviews to find why.
Far too many sold as new that are refurbs.

I bought mine from Ebuyer who also were selling refurbs, but those were clearly marked at a different price.
Paying a bit more I got brand new and its perfect, not even a dead or weird pixel.
I couldnt take the risk on Amazon UK, far too many bad reports, sending big expensive stuff back is a pet hate.
In another country your Amazon dealers might be different.

I just picked up a new 49 inch one off Amazon UK for £721, so fingers crossed. Heavily discounted now it’s a few generations back, but still fine for a casual gamer like me.
