Is my graphic card shot?

It didn't happen yesterday, but all of sudden I was having random game crash (freezing and exiting back to windows screen) while playing BFBC2. After 5~6 time, I started to have sparkling dots on the windows screen. I've tried reinstalling drivers, switching slots, and manually down clocking my graphic card, but I can still see the sparkles on the screen.
I think it has something to do with the memories on the card. Should I RMA my card? It's an Asus HD 5870.
 
If possible, I would try putting the card in another PC to test it out. If it works fine in another PC, then it could be your PSU, RAM or mobo (in that order of likeliness, IMO).
 
Well, it's not my PSU, RAM or Mobo. It's definitely the card since a backup card I have works just fine.
