IS my CPU and RAM compatible?

i posted in another thread asking about my upgrade to an abit nf7-s mobo.. i have a stick of AMD DDR-SDRAM pc2700 and an amd athlon xp 1700+ i know i need to upgrade but can someone look into this and see if they are compatible with that board? thanks
