Is Microsoft servers down???

just tried microsoft.com and also the windows update site and cant get anything?
is this just me or are others seeing this?

Earlier i couldnt validate my beta copy of Visio 2007, but all seems to work now.

figgured it out... it was PPoE issues. had to lower the MTU
