If a user isn't connect to the LAN (local Area Network he/she cannot access the share. In other words, no access from the Internet and beyond. Local access only.

Assuming you have a hardware firewall, drop all packets from that device.

The simple answer is that you don't allow outside access to the LAN itself. But I assume you're asking this because you intend to let people onto your network for some reason.

It's relatively simple to set up access rights by user account or group.
