is it possible to buy PC133 ram anymore?

They are rare since they aren't really being made in abundance, so that's the price you will pay. However, there are people (including myself) that have a bunch of them lying around that just want to get rid of them for much lower. :)
 
I may have some crucial 64 to 256 MB sticks still sitting in 10 year old machines taking space in the corner of the office. No guarantee of stability however.
 
The billions of sticks we used to use are in GIANT piles at flea markets. Though anything over 128 is usually sorted out and sold on ebay.
