Is CoD 4 getting the new patch the 360 version gets?

It's not really adding anything amazing, but all the new kill cams would be interesting as well as the tweaked old school modes (and I guess sniper accuracy? not sure if that is a console only problem).

Just wondering if we're getting this in a later, more inclusive patch, or is this the start of the 360 version getting more features than the PC one?

I just don't want to see the day when the 360 / PS3 start getting new maps and we get nothing =/
 
Actually I believe this 360 patch is following the PC patch. The PC version already has these features/fixes.
 
Is the 360 patch a free download for them? If so I expect the pc version to be available after the initial sales of the 360 have dwindled down.
