Is a MAG 12 adequate for my system?

Is a Danger Den CSP-MAG 12 powerful enough to power a loop w/ an NV-78, Apogee, and BIP3, or will I be hurting my performance?
 
I have heard the mag is quite but lacks head..... I would go with a Laing DCC plus or ultra..... I have one with the aplhacool top (g 1/4 fittings) and it is great.
 
I was considering using it because I got a good deal on it. I might just stick with my 1048 for the CPU w/ the BIP3 and use the MAG in a second loop to cool the NB and GPU w/ a BIX.
