Is 4.3GHz doable with i5-4690K and z87?

Anyone heard if this is easily doable with an asrock z87 extreme4 board? Google isn't bringing up much.

a quick googling shw ppl getting 4.2-4.4 with a 212evo or better hsf and higher with water.
heres a thread with an asus mobo which I cant imagine is too different...

short answer: yes

My son's 4690k rig ran @4.3ghz with an AIO liquid cooler on an MSI z87 mobo, and 4.5 on his new Z97 mobo with better vrms & cooling....

My 4690k does 4.4ghz no issue on my z87-g45 on an old h50 aio cooler. If I had more cooling I know it would do at least 4.6 or higher , boots into Windows at 5.2ghz. you should have no issue getting 4.3.

Before I sold my secondary PC with a 4690k, I had it at 4.7ghz with a Noctua NH-D14. I was a little ticked since my 4790k on my custom water loop is only at 4.8ghz lol.
