You know you take your sixth grade exams seriously when you shut down the internet to an entire country to prevent cheating. Damn. I'd hate to see how they block porn over there.

Fears that sixth graders may cheat on exams have led to periods of Internet outages across the country, new data suggests. A report by Internet traffic analysts Dyn Research revealed Internet blackouts occurred across Iraq on May 14, 15, and 16—mirroring a similar pattern of shutdowns last year that coincided with final year exams for entry into junior high school.
 
People like to give Iran shit but Saudi Arabia is a worse country in almost every way other than nominally being friends with the west. Iran is far far closer to being a democracy than the Saudis will ever be.

Saudi Arabia is a monarchy, can't get much less democratic than that.
