IR Remote Help

I recently bought the anyware remote from newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16880121002) so that I could use the usb IR receiver instead of having my old pvr-250 act as a glorified ir receiver. The reason I wanted to get away from the PVR-250 is that the remote software would sometimes hang coming out of hibernation. I have a pioneer learning remote that I got with my receiver and have learned the Hauppauge codes with it. Unfortunately I cannot learn the codes that I shoot out of the anyware remote. Is there anyway in vista to reconfigure the codes so that the old hauppauge signals will work with the anyware receiver?
