Anyone know an app can play mkv file in iphone? I have vlc and it can play mkv file on local stream only. When I was outside and log into aicloud to watch some mkv file, there is no option to choose vlc to play that stream.

so you want stream a mkv from icloud?

or you have to use a third party app to convert them into icloud.

No asus aicloud option in vlc.

i saw iphone and aicloud and assumed the "a" was a typo. didnt even know asus had a cloud service. reach out to them maybe.

Plex & stream it from you machine at home to save storage space on the iPhone. Plays every MKV file I have fine over WiFi or 4G

You can save movies from plex to your device.

Infuse is good but I prefer nPlayer. Just as good and cheaper overall for lifetime app.
