iphone app for flowcharts?

I'm wondering if any of you know of an iphone application where you can build customizable flowcharts, but when you're done creating the flowchart you can use it in a manner where a series of prompts run through the flowchart, rather than just looking at the image of the flowchart?

Hope that makes sense :)
