IPcop installation error - "unable to make log file system"

IPcop current version.

Is there any solution for this problem? I am trying to install on a 20GB ide drive and getting the "unable to make log file system" error.

I am trying to install it in a REX PC http://www.linuxshoppen.dk/pdf/produkter/lex_cv860a.pdf

My PC is ...

CV860A3R80
VIA C3 EBGA 800Mhz
3 x 10/100 RealTek
20GB HDD

The HDD is attached as a Secondary Master!

I have a USB based CD ROM
I also have a USB Stick

I created a bootable USB drive using ipcop-1.4.20-install-usb-hdd.i386

Installation was going well, at last I get message "unable to make log filesystem"

Can some one guide me to install ipcop in this machine?
